Now, more than ever, supply chain leaders must realize the change from volume to value-based reimbursement. The challenge is to balance the costs of care with value-based reimbursement scenarios, without increasing provider burden.

In this session, we will demonstrate reporting and analytics that deliver quick insights into the patient encounter entire episode of care. With visibility into the cost to serve, the supply chain is empowered to lead collaborative teams to continuously improve by reducing costs and eliminating waste. The results are better financial outcomes, expense reductions, and ultimately population health.
